About the Role:
Prevalent Care is recruiting positive role models to mentor care-experienced or vulnerable young people in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one mentoring and life skills coaching
- Support with budgeting, employment, and emotional resilience
- Accompany young people to meetings or activities
- Maintain clear records and safeguarding reporting
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check (essential)
- Experience working with young people
- Empathy, reliability, and professionalism
