Location: Bournemouth & Poole
Salary: £12–£14 per hour
Hours: Flexible including weekends
About the Role:
We’re expanding our Supervised Contact Service and looking for caring, professional workers to facilitate safe, child-focused contact visits between children and family members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise face-to-face contact sessions
- Ensure safety and well-being of children throughout
- Record detailed observations for reports
- Liaise with social workers and legal professionals
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check (essential)
- Safeguarding Level 2 training
- Experience supporting children or families
- Calm, non-judgemental, and professional approach
